Decent products, slow support
I bought the Pigmented Lip Gloss in 'Rose' and a set of their Makeup Brushes. The gloss is really nice, not sticky and the color payoff is good. The brushes feel soft and work well for application. Shipping took about a week, which is acceptable. My only minor issue was that I had a question about my order status and it took customer service three days to get back to me, which felt a bit slow. Overall, good products for the price, but they could improve on their response time for inquiries.
